No. Parkizzle helps you discover parking spaces and connect with owners. You and the owner confirm availability and agree the rental terms and payment arrangements directly.

You can browse listings without an account. You need to sign in to view an owner’s contact number, save listings or publish your own ad.

Select “Contact now” on the listing and sign in. Parkizzle will return you to the same listing, where you can contact the owner using the Call or WhatsApp options.

No. Availability can change and Parkizzle does not guarantee that a listing will remain available. Confirm availability directly with the owner before visiting the space, agreeing to any terms or sending money.

Confirm availability, access arrangements, rental dates, monthly price, any deposit, payment details and the conditions for ending the rental. Keep the agreed terms in writing where possible.

The owner and the interested driver agree these details directly. Parkizzle is a marketplace and is not a party to the rental agreement.

You may list a space that you own or are authorised to offer, provided that renting it complies with any applicable building, community and legal requirements.

Sign in, select “List an ad”, complete the listing form and review your draft. Then choose one of the available publication options (free or paid) and publish it.

You need a title and description, 2–4 photos, the location and a precise map pin, a monthly price, parking features and a valid phone number for calls and WhatsApp messages.

Yes. Listing your space on Parkizzle is completely free, and we don’t charge any commission when you rent it out. If you want to increase your visibility and rent your space faster, you can choose a Sponsored listing, which is an optional paid service.

Sign in and go to “My ads”. Select “Edit” to update your listing details or photos. To remove it, select “Delete” and confirm. Deleting an ad is permanent and removes it from Parkizzle immediately.

No. Phone numbers are hidden from signed-out visitors and are shown only to signed-in users who open the listing.

No. Parkizzle may moderate listings, but it does not inspect every space or independently verify users, prices, photos, locations or a user’s right to offer a space. Carry out your own checks before entering into an agreement or making a payment.

Confirm the owner’s identity and authority, inspect the space where possible, agree the terms clearly and verify payment details before sending money.

Use the Contact page and include a link to the listing and a short explanation of the issue. Add screenshots or other useful details if available.

Parkizzle Pro is for owners or authorised representatives offering 20 or more parking spaces, and buyers or tenants seeking 20 or more spaces anywhere in the UAE. Anyone submitting a brief must be at least 18 years old and authorised to do so.

Parkizzle Pro supports buying, selling, leasing out and renting 20 or more spaces, including monthly, annual and flexible lease arrangements. If you are offering an individual space for rent or looking to rent one, use the regular Parkizzle marketplace.

Submit an initial brief with approximate details. It will be sent to the Parkizzle Pro team for manual review. The team may request clarification, search for relevant counterparties and facilitate an introduction. Parkizzle decides whether and how to pursue each brief; matching is not automatic and a suitable result is not guaranteed.

Submitting a brief does not authorise any charge, and the form does not collect deposits, rent or purchase funds. Any proposed fee or paid service must be disclosed and accepted separately, as explained in the Parkizzle Pro Terms.

Your brief remains private unless the Pro team approves a limited summary for display in Parkizzle Pro Listings. That summary may show the deal type, lease term, emirate, selected area and number of spaces, but not your name, company, email, phone, price or notes. You can ask Parkizzle not to publish it or to withdraw it.
